TED Strength was created with a simple mission: to deliver high-quality, individualised online coaching that guides people to improve mobility, build strength and achieve permanent results. 

We understand your needs with a detailed screening process, using various testing measures where relevant and take the time to plan every element of your programme around your schedule. By understanding each client's background, goals and personal traits we ensure progress is made and consistent habits are formed. This provides clarity to every training week and removes both the barriers that limit progression and the stresses of programming.

    A tailored coaching program built on over a decade of experience, designed to meet your individual needs and push you toward your goals — whether in sporting performance or rehab. Your programme will be easily accessible through an app, providing clear video & written guidance for each exercise, whilst allowing us to track metrics such as load progressions and your readiness to train. We will use relevant testing data to limit the risk of injury and showcase your improvements throughout each training cycle. 

  • Continuous Support

    Constant guidance and accountability held through regular contact, feedback, and video assessments, with adjustments made as you adapt. We will give you confidence to train with purpose and ensure that your sessions are specific with regular goal-setting and an effective use of your time. You will have access to a practitioner that is passionate about developing your body and mindset and values the impact of the coach-client relationship.

  • Holistic Approach

    We understand the challenges faced when balancing training with other commitments and will use the tools necessary to provide structure and clarity to your schedule. Access to a holistic support network, including trusted practitioners including physiotherapists, nutritionists and psychologists when needed. Check in calls can be based around your needs and provide guidance on topics like recovery and nutrition, always validated by credible research in the field. 

Meet me: Alex Barry

With over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, I’ve worked with athletes across a wide range of sports, from recreational participants to elite professionals. My background also includes extensive work in injury rehabilitation, collaborating with leading medical practitioners to guide individuals back into sport or structured training safely and effectively. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Sports Science and am an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach through both the NSCA (Level 2) and ASCA (Level 1).
